He’e Nalu Exhibition

He'e Nalu pays homage to the rich fabric of Hawaiian heritage, encompassing its people, artistry, and the sport of surfing. The Heard encapsulated the dynamic essence of Hawaiian culture through the infusion of evocative imagery and a dynamic color palette. Each element was crafted to seamlessly integrate into a cohesive ecosystem, prominently featured across the exhibition, social media platforms, and the Heard Museum website.

He‘e Nalu: The Art and Legacy of Hawaiian Surfing explores the Indigenous origins of surfing.
